WHEN DO SUBSCRIPTIONS GET FULFILLED?
Subscriptions will auto-renew in our system on Tuesdays.
CAN I PICKUP MY SUBSCRIPTION MYSELF?
YES! We offer a free pickup option at our Hilldale cafe. If you would like to do the free pickup option, please let us know!
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE DELIVERED?
If you chose USPS shipping, we will send your package ASAP after your order populates in our system. If you chose Madison-area delivery, your order will be delivered on Thursdays. NOTE: Madison-area delivery is available in a 10 mile radius from our roasting warehouse located at 3334 Marsh Road, Madison, WI 53718.
HOW LONG IS MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Subscriptions are week-to-week or month-to-month, whichever you decide to choose. You may modify your subscription as well.
CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you can pause your subscription. Log into the subscription portal
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes. Sign into your account on the subscription portal and you can adjust your information, as well as cancel your subscription.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Login to the subscription portal. From here, you can modify your subscription frequency Example: change from 1 bag every month to 1 bag every 2 weeks.
If you'd like to switch your subscription entirely, (change bag size, grind, etc), we would recommend that you:
1. PAUSE your current subscription
2. CREATE a new subscription for your needs
3. CANCEL old subscription once you have what you need!
